Healthcare providers are doing critically important work in a system that is often fragmented, under-resourced, and administratively demanding. Tahl believes that when practices are supported with clear systems, thoughtful processes, and realistic growth strategies, they are better positioned to reach their full potential — and to serve patients in a world that needs their care more than ever.

Her work is rooted in a genuine commitment to helping practices grow without losing the human side of care. She approaches each engagement as a partnership, with respect for the clinical mission and the realities of day-to-day operations.​
With over 10 years of experience in healthcare administration and operations, Tahl has worked closely with clinicians, leadership teams, and administrative staff across a wide range of health care settings. Tahl's background includes serving as Director of Administration within pediatric therapy practices, where she managed teams of care coordinators and billing specialists and built systems that supported both clinical excellence and sustainable growth.

Tahl has also served as Director of Network Management, overseeing insurance contracting, payer negotiations, and revenue cycle management across 13 behavioral health treatment facilities throughout the United States. In this role, she worked at the intersection of clinical care, compliance, and financial sustainability — ensuring that organizations were positioned to deliver services effectively while navigating complex reimbursement landscapes.

In addition, Tahl have supported the development of case management teams and programs within substance use treatment facilities, helping organizations build infrastructure that allowed clinicians to focus on patient care while maintaining operational integrity.
